We created a singular voice and vision that seeded Atria as an unconventional new player in wealth management, while launching multiple concurrent campaigns. To recruit financial advisors, three areas were known pain points: feeling undervalued, needing better technology and unresponsive leadership. Using the right combination of media and messages, we got our numbers and won some awards. We also had the highest performing ad in Wealth Management magazine.
