New technology that takes on the current gold standard also takes some explaining. BSX Insight was an entirely new product from a start-up company, so we created a consumer introduction, packaging + instructional copy, all used by the founders for key markets sell-in that balanced wow factor with the answer to ‘why should I believe you?’ The technology was subsequently bought out = win.
